Our commitment to the UK Government's Cyber Resilience Pledge 

Baringa is proud to be an early signatory to the UK Government's Cyber Resilience Pledge, marking a clear and public commitment to strengthening cyber resilience for our organisation, our clients and the wider economy.  

What is the Cyber Resilience Pledge? 

The Cyber Resilience Pledge is a voluntary commitment developed by the UK Government. Organisations that sign up commit to making cyber security a Board level responsibility, monitoring threat intelligence from the National Cyber Security Centre and holding their supply chains to recognised security standards to drive industry-wide change.  

By signing the Pledge, Baringa has committed to three core actions: 

• Making cyber security a Board responsibility - implementing the NCSC's Cyber Governance Code of Practice, with leaders undertaking cyber governance training annually. 

• Registering for the NCSC Early Warning Service - enabling us to receive and act on timely threat intelligence from the National Cyber Security Centre. 

• Requiring Cyber Essentials across our supply chain - conducting a comprehensive audit of Cyber Essentials coverage and taking a risk-based approach to ensuring our suppliers meet recognised security standards. 

This commitment reflects how we operate more broadly, with cyber risk owned at the top of our organisation, built into how we run our business, and extended to everyone we work with. As cyber threats continue to evolve, organisations must treat resilience as a shared, collective responsibility, to protect their businesses, clients and the wider economy. We’re proud to be part of this effort.
