The Magnum CCGT provides power to the Dutch electricity grid. The plant is hydrogen-ready and will play a key role in transforming power generation in the Netherlands. It is located in Eemshaven, an industrial cluster in the north of the Netherlands, in close proximity to offshore wind parks and international connections to Denmark and Norway. Over the course of the transaction, Baringa provided market advisory services and projections for the revenue streams, encompassing the available markets for energy and ancillary services in the Netherlands. Our transaction report assisted all parties involved in assessing the commercial value of the transaction.
