A bit about us /

Corporate social responsibility matters

Baringa Community Fund projects deliver transformational programmes in the third sector. Our people also get a volunteering day each year to help in the communities where we live and work. It goes without saying, we promise the same level of commitment to our CSR clients as we do our client projects.

We were proud to launch the Baringa Community Fund in 2017. Through this scheme we undertake significant pro and low-bono projects with third sector clients. So far, we have completed assignments with four UK charities and one in Germany. We are now working on new ventures with more in the pipeline. Our staff took 115 volunteering days last year.

Student Minds

The UK’s student mental health charity. We leveraged our customer and digital expertise to redefine customer journeys, defined KPIs and Market Intelligence to enable tracking of user journeys and developed an implementation plan for ongoing development of the website.

The Access Project

Works with bright school students from disadvantaged backgrounds to improve their grades and secure places at top universities. We helped define the strategic direction of the charity through to 2020 and developed a roadmap to implement this new strategy.

Save the Children

Works in around 120 countries to ensure the world’s most vulnerable children survive, learn and are protected. Baringa is working to make cost savings and provide direct operational benefit to the delivery of charitable aid globally. We are doing this by implementing a new supply chain strategy and helping select and on-board a new logistics partner.

Gemeinwohlwohnen

A German charity assisting disadvantaged groups by creating inclusive and integrative living concepts in Germany. Baringa ran communication, negotiation and presentational skills workshops for the charity’s staff.

Energy4Impact

Partners with local businesses to extend access to energy in off-grid communities in sub-Saharan Africa. The Baringa team updated the charity’s core economic and financial market modelling tools. This has had a significant impact on the quality of service Energy4Impact can provide to SMEs.

Benefacto

This social enterprise facilitates corporate volunteering with a variety of charity partners. Volunteering sessions included teaching computer literacy, cooking at a homeless shelter and mentoring young people, to name a few.

Envision

Our people worked alongside Envision staff to help disadvantaged young people re-engage with the issues and communities around them.

Gemeinwohlwohnen

Baringa people worked on the launch of the first inclusion living project ‘Birkenleiten 9’. The next living project is planned for 2020 and will offer space for 10 inhabitants.
