I joined Baringa having spent four years working for one of the big 4. I joined them as a graduate on their Financial Services IT Advisory graduate scheme. After focusing on traditional data transformation projects, I developed a deep expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), starting as a developer but ultimately becoming their Delivery Excellence and Quality Assurance Lead for RPA. Large technology delivery programmes (including RPA) continues to be my passion and an area where I get a chance to work with some highly innovative clients here at Baringa.
There were two core reasons why I joined Baringa, firstly I really wanted to build much deeper industry specific knowledge and secondly, it was as a result of Baringa’s strong cultural reputation coupled with the positive experience throughout the hiring process.
