Lucine joined Baringa in 2018, bringing 17 years of experience in delivering change for global financial services institutions, with a particular focus on capital markets. Lucine works with her clients to define their future strategy and change their operating models, in order to help them address a number of internal and external challenges, such as cost reduction, simplification, regulatory compliance and post-merger integration. Her experience spans all key front to back functions including Front Office, Operations, Risk, Product Control, Finance and Technology, and she helps organisations restructure their operating model to become “fit for the future”.
Lucine is analytical and collaborative in her approach, with core skills around business and process optimisation, technology rationalisation, robotic and cognitive automation, location and sourcing strategy, financial analysis and business case development. Lucine also helps her clients deliver and implement the proposed operating model changes to help them realise benefits. More recently, Lucine has been focusing on IBOR transition, actively helping clients with this complex change, and hosting industry wide discussions forums to support the broader market transition.
Outside of work, Lucine spends as much time as she can with family and friends. She likes to travel and explore, attend shows and concerts, keep fit and active, and bake when she gets a chance.
