"Public sector productivity problems are systemic and demand for services is growing. Amid these pressures, governments need to become more agile. To drive change, they need data that can influence decisions required to deliver value for the public – and to know what they need to deliver, they need to have a clear purpose that drives organisational performance."

In detail:
Robyn began her career at Baringa working across the telco, financial services and utilities sectors, helping clients to identify and drive operational improvements and deliver an excellent service to their customers through business process and people transformation.
In March 2020, just as covid drove the UK into its first lockdown, Robyn joined her first government project at the Metropolitan Police. She was immediately captivated by the genuinely purposeful work, the passion of the civil service, and the tangibility of the real-world problems she had the opportunity to solve, focused on helping departments improve public services and deliver better outcomes for society.
Robyn has since committed her career to tackling some of government’s most complex challenges across the Cabinet Office, Land Registry, Home Office, and Border Force. Over the years this has involved helping departments to harness their data to inform real-time government decisions, drive efficiencies through implementing new operating models and business processes, and improving productivity through people-led change, empowering front-line teams to take greater ownership of their performance.
In her work, Robyn is known for always putting people first, she’s invested in getting to know her team and clients as people and loves working with them to build capability and nurture skills to ensure long-term sustainability of change.
On the weekend Robyn can be found perusing local food markets, taking strolls around the London parks, or back in Kent spending quality time with her extended family, running around entertaining her many nieces and nephews.
