In detail:
Harry works closely with our energy networks clients, who own the infrastructure that transports energy from generation to consumption. He specialises in helping them deliver their contribution to a net-zero world in the fastest and most efficient way. His work spans energy transition strategy, business planning, regulation, innovation, digitalisation and business transformation. Previously, Harry worked at a Big Four consulting firm delivering major technology programmes for a multinational business.
Since coming to Baringa, Harry’s highlights include delivering an Advanced Network Management System for an energy distribution network operator, helping a client respond to build their five year investment plan and negotiate the settlement with the regulator and being involved in a diverse range of innovation projects. Day to day he leads our relationship with a major FTSE100 energy client, who is one of the largest investors in net zero. This diversity in challenge is what gets him up every day.
Harry knows that clever ideas aren’t worth much if you can’t work with a business to understand and adopt them. So he always makes sure his advice is specific and personal to his client’s strategy, culture and their individuals. He fosters the same mindset among his team members. And he loves helping them apply their skills within the context of each client’s business to deliver real impact.
Outside work, Harry loves sport and running around with his kids. In another life, he might have owned a toy shop or become a butcher.
