Salina brings a depth of regulatory understanding and expertise, having worked at HM Treasury, Bank of England and the Prudential Regulation Authority. She leverages this experience to help clients understand how to manage risk and comply with regulation in a way that is right-sized for them.
As operational resilience regulation has developed and moved up the agenda, Salina has used her regulatory experience to help advise COOs and CROs on how they can identify the key services they provide to their clients, and ensure their resilience to disruption.
Clients value not just the insights that Salina brings, but the personal approach that she takes to really make sure she understands the individual challenges and intricacies of each client she works with. That variety of working with different clients that need different solutions is what Salina loves about consulting.
Salina and her husband love spending time travelling, be that to far flung destinations in search of sunshine, or travelling in the UK with their dog. Given Salina’s love of ice cream and gelato, her favourite destination is Italy. For anyone visiting Sicily, the Aeolian islands, including the island of Salina (!) are definitely worth a visit!
