Neil currently helps lead our Technology Transformation capability, working with clients across our business sectors to manage large scale transformations of organisations. Neil joined the business in May 2015, bringing twenty years’ experience of shaping and leading technology enabled change, from business model definition to project delivery and support.
He joined us from EY, where he led the company’s Architecture practice and was a part of the IT leadership team that built EY’s IT Advisory business. His career has spanned roles at IBM, PWC and Marks & Spencer and he is also a prominent member of CIO Connect, the leading IT leadership community in the UK
Neil also has significant experience in the Utilities sector, having worked for clients such as National Grid, EDF New Nuclear and npower. He also has a strong background across a variety of other sectors and has spearheaded a number of high-profile technology projects. These projects have included leading the implementation of the pandemic flu service in the UK for NHS Direct, implementing Heineken’s European production systems and transforming retail systems at Vodafone.
Neil is married with two young daughters, meaning that he has become an unexpected expert in the rules of netball! His hobbies include golf and football.
