“We have worked hard at not only making Baringa a great place to work on a day to day basis but also a great place to build your career. Within the Energy & Resources Practice, we have had unprecedented market demand which continues to fuel our growth within Baringa. This has led to interesting work in areas such as smart grids and smart metering, new market entrants, renewable energy sources, extension of competition, and the impact of digital on customer service. The growth of the business, the type of work we can offer and the reputation for looking after people should make Baringa the consultancy of choice for ambitious, collegiate, high achievers. We don’t employ ordinary consultants, we employ people of great promise. If you fit the bill, we would love you to join us.” (David Hatcher, Lead Partner - Energy & Resources)

“Since joining I have been given the opportunity to work with a variety of clients ranging from large, Government backed organisations, to foreign utilities and private investors. I have been given the scope to use the knowledge and skills I brought with me directly on project work. Whilst you are given a lot of responsibility and exposure, there is a strong support network in place for Analysts. You receive bespoke training, in addition to on the job support from management and peers. The culture at Baringa is unlike any other I have experienced before, not only do you get to work with fantastic people, you build real, lasting friendships. As an Analyst you have an instant pool of colleagues you can both depend on for support and socialise with on the many Baringa events throughout the year.
I have now progressed to become a Senior Consultant and what I really appreciate about working for Baringa is the freedom I have been given to steer my own career path and by how much my opinion is considered by all levels.
