Adrian joined the management team of Baringa Partners in 2007 to lead the expansion of the business across the Financial Service Industry. Adrian has nearly 15 years experience in management consulting, working with a broad range of Financial Services clients in Retail & Investment Banking, Insurance, Building Societies and niche Financial Institutions. He has a broad set of client experiences including definition of the business, product & channel strategy and target operating model; mobilizing change programmes, creating a business case and securing board-level stakeholder support; end to end programme management and disciplined project planning and execution. He has worked in Strategy, CRM, People and IT delivery projects and is highly valued for bringing these disciplines together to drive change and deliver business results.

In recent years Adrian has found himself helping senior clients translate their vision & goals for the business into strategic programmes and managing them through to successful delivery. Adrian is a creative problem solver and has been called upon to turn around poor product businesses and failing programmes. As a result he is comfortable with a challenging team in a difficult environment as he is starting up something new with a blank piece of paper.

Adrian brings a high amount of energy and passion to everything he does, and is an avid sports player and Liverpool fan. He plays squash, golf, tennis and exercises as often as his schedule will allow. He is married to Jenny and they have 3 little boys that keep his weekends very busy and his golf handicap a lot higher than he would like!
