I joined Baringa Partners as a partner in April 2010 to focus on Delivery Excellence across our company. This involves a combination of building our own internal delivery frameworks & capabilities, as well as working with our clients to support delivery of complex programmes of change, or delivery excellence initiatives themselves. Within Baringa I look after our internal delivery risk management and quality assurance framework, which we use to ensure we are actively supporting the delivery of our most complex and large scale projects. I also undertake targeted recruitment and active skills development to both deepen and develop our internal delivery expertise. We believe this is key to our growth to complement our deep industry knowledge and support our clients to deliver transformational change - as well as enable our consultants to develop their skills and grow their careers.

My career since 1989 has been spent working in the consulting industry and in CIO positions, where I was responsible for building and leading teams to shape and deliver major programmes of change. I have worked on a large number of projects ranging from the start up of new businesses from a blank sheet of paper, the integration and transformation of energy trading organisations, the delivery of major change programmes to managing $500m-$1bn IT investment portfolios.

Outside of work my passion is spending time with my family. With three growing children I find myself in a dual weekend career of taxi driver and soccer/rugby Mum. One of the great things about the wider life at Baringa is the involvement of our families in the culture of the firm. My children can’t wait for the next company event!
