Many of our people come to us via recommendations from existing Baringa Partners staff, which means we recruit well-respected individuals with proven track records and significant experience of the sectors in which we operate. Others join us directly from industry. They have hands-on experience of the Client side and a strong awareness of the issues faced by our Clients.
