Baringa Partners and Redpoint Energy have announced their ‘intention to merge’. The combination of Redpoint Energy and Baringa Partners will create an organisation with a depth of expertise in the European energy space on a scale that is unparalleled.

The full merger is anticipated to take effect on 1st April 2012, but in the period leading up to this date, Redpoint and Baringa will join forces to create an Energy Advisory Services (EAS) practice and we will work together on client engagements across Europe. We will be combining the analytical experience and market expertise of Redpoint with the advisory and delivery capability of Baringa.
