The company was founded in late 2000 to fill a clear market need for experienced, delivery-focused consultancy in the deregulating energy markets.

The company continued to grow rapidly, in often challenging market conditions, and created strong partnerships with some of Europe’s leading wholesale power and gas companies, before extending its services to companies in the retail energy and utilities sector.

In 2006, the company launched its financial services practice to take advantages of the growing synergies between the financial and energy markets. We now have a thriving Financial Services consulting practice working in partnership with a number of Clients in the retail banking, investment banking and insurance sectors.
