Baringa Partners* (Formerly Structure Europe LLP), the specialist energy, utilities and financial services consultancy, has formally completed the separation from its former US sister company. This marks the end of a process that has been taking place over the last few months.
Mohamed Mansour, managing director of Baringa Partners, explains: “These things always take time, but we now have complete independence. In fact, we have been operating as a separate company effectively since 2003, so this announcement will have no impact on our staff or our clients.”
