In detail:
Viresh started work during the financial crisis after graduating with a maths degree from Imperial College, London and found the relationship between risk and reward more relevant than ever. Viresh is passionate about helping organisations strengthen their risk management function and capability, so that businesses understand the risks they take, have appropriate controls in place and ultimately keeping the broader financial system safe and secure.
In 2020, he joined Baringa to build out the broader Risk Advisory capability and successfully supported Baringa being added to the PRA and FCA Skilled Person Panel for ‘Risk and Controls’ and ‘Prudential’ Lots. He has assisted a range of clients through the delivery of high quality and detailed Financial Risk Operating models, process mapping and cost optimisation opportunities for both regulatory and transformation driven initiatives.
Viresh is married with a young family. Most weekends you’ll find him out and about exploring the countryside and spending time with loved ones.
