"The only constant in life is change. The role of the CFO is a perfect example. CFOs are no longer just responsible for their organisation’s financials. They now need to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment by using new technologies and leading with a people-first approach."

In detail:

Victoria works in our CFO Advisory team. She supports clients on a wide range of finance topics, including large-scale regulatory change, transformation, as well as target operating model design and implementation. Her clients include global banks, building societies and wealth managers.

Victoria has spent almost her entire career in the financial services industry. Having studied Economics and Management at university, she started her career in audit, where she focused on banking and capital markets clients and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Next, she moved to the Finance team at a large global investment bank. Then she made the leap to consulting, where she’s specialised in finance and financial crime advisory. Having worked in, audited, and advised the Finance function, she understands different perspectives and stakeholder needs.

Victoria is known for her empathetic, balanced and adaptable working style. She readily delves into the detail of the topic at hand, while also stepping back and seeing the bigger picture to tackle broader challenges within Finance. She builds long-term relationships with colleagues and clients, underpinned by trust, her proven track record, and high-quality work.

As a great believer in the importance of mental health and wellbeing, Victoria encourages her teams and clients to prioritise work-life harmony. Her own downtime often involves watching musical theatre, Pilates, and trying new restaurants. Plus, she’s a regular feature at her local pub’s weekly quiz.
