In detail:
Stuart leads Baringa’s general insurance business. He has 15+ years of insurance experience working across business and technology advisory and complex delivery roles. His specialism is transformation, particularly in architecting and delivering large scale business and technology programmes.
He has extensive experience in insurance packaged software solutions covering the front, middle and back office. He also has in depth expertise in operating model design, profitability improvement and transaction advisory. His passion is creating cross functional teams and working with clients to ensure they build capability and sustainability into their business models.
Having spent his whole career working with both large insurance carriers and distributors, Stuart enjoys the fundamental purpose of insurance, to protect and repair lives and livelihoods when the unexpected happens. Helping insurers deliver exceptional customer service and enabling them to deliver on their protection commitments is what motivates Stuart and gives him purpose.
Outside of work he is married with two young children that keep his hands full and his attendance at his beloved Arsenal significantly lower than he would like!
