In detail:

Sarah is an expert in energy retail and water, based out of Baringa’s London office. Sarah supports clients to transform their businesses using technology, organisation and culture change, and leads Baringa's future utilities retail strategy.

Sarah has spent her whole career working in utilities, both as a consultant and with a software provider, focusing on the intersection of technology, data and industry processes. She has worked globally with utility companies, from new entrants to large energy suppliers and water companies. Sarah’s focus is on re-platforming and related business transformation. Having worked both on supply and vendor side of large-scale migration programmes, she knows the common pitfalls and can support clients to navigate the complexities of transformation.

Sarah is a self-confessed energy geek and loves nothing better than working with teams to solve their gnarliest problems. She is also passionate about people development and creating inclusive and sustainable ways of working on multi-year programmes.

Outside of work, Sarah loves to be outdoors, playing, coaching and watching hockey, trail running and hiking with her husband, three children and Daisy the dog.
