We are looking for experienced, high calibre Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers to join our new and growing FS team. Key attributes should include:
- Be honest, flexible, adaptable and passionate about their business
- Strong academic performance in a degree at graduate or postgraduate level
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, including an ability to foster and develop lasting client relationships
- Have a desire to shape and build a new consulting practice and be willing to get involved in all elements of business development, from client engagements, to recruitment, proposition development and everything in between
Have practical experience in both Consultancy and Financial Services, particularly in:
- Retail & Corporate Banking
- Insurance
- Capital Markets
- Investment Management
