Skills & Experience:

The role requires a highly motivated, confident individual with a high degree of competency in a consulting environment. Particular requirements include:

• Graduate or post-graduate degree
• Evidence of professional business process/IT consulting experience, in roles that demonstrate the ability to deliver solutions in challenging, client-facing environments
• Proven experience in managing IT delivery projects, including all stages of the project lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in leading teams of five or more people
• Experience of managing project financials, including budgeting and invoicing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
• Industry experience in energy or financial services environments

Role Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals for permanent employment within our business. The senior manager role provides considerable challenges, variety and opportunities for development in a client-facing environment. Successful candidates will deliver solutions to organisations in the energy and/or financial services sectors, helping clients improve the effectiveness of their business.

• You will have a variety of roles over time
• The role is client-facing and is carried out at the client’s place of business
• Baringa Partners is based in the South East of England, but work may require travel outside of this area
• Specific roles will vary depending on requirements but will typically entail the application of a combination of business analysis, process design, and systems implementation techniques
• You will need to be able to lead a combined team of client and Baringa personnel
• You will be directly accountable for successful delivery of projects
• You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients and to generate consulting opportunities
• You will participate in business development outside your project work
