Manager

Skills & Experience:

The role requires a highly motivated, confident individual with strong analytical skills. Particular requirements include:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree
  • Evidence of professional process/IT consulting experience in roles that demonstrate the ability to deliver solutions in challenging, client-facing environments
  • Strong skills in business process analysis and/or IT systems delivery, including experience in all stages of the systems project lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Experience in leading teams of four or more people on IT-related delivery projects
  • Experience of managing project financials including budgeting and invoicing is beneficial
  • Industry experience in energy or financial services environments is an asset.

Role Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals for permanent employment within our business. The Manager role provides considerable challenge, variety and opportunity for development in a client-facing environment. Through the role the candidate will deliver solutions to clients in the Energy and/or Financial Services sectors to help them improve the effectiveness of their business.

  • You will have a variety of roles over time
  • The role is client-facing and carried out at the client's place of business
  • Baringa Partners is based in the South East of England, but work may require travel outside of this area
  • Specific roles will vary depending on requirements but typically entail the application of a combination of business analysis, process design, and systems implementation techniques
  • You will be expected to be able to lead a team of client and/or Baringa Partners personnel and to be self-sufficient in new client environments
  • You will be directly accountable for successful delivery of projects
  • You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients and to help generate opportunities for further work
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in business development outside your project work
