Skills & Experience:

We expect a high degree of competency and recruit candidates with either consultancy or industry backgrounds. Particular requirements include:

• Strong academic performance at graduate or undergraduate level
• Professional and team management experience, according to level, in roles that demonstrate the ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially those demonstrated through business process analysis or IT systems delivery
• Knowledge of key drivers of change within your relevant industry segment

Experience in the following areas may be beneficial:
- Risk management (market and credit) or regulatory compliance areas
- The retail energy industry and CRM or CIS systems
- Global financial markets, retail banking, insurance or investment management

• Our roles are conducted at the client’s place of business, and will require you to be honest, flexible, adaptable and passionate about their organisation
• Specific roles will vary but will typically include significant elements of business analysis, operating model innovation, process design and systems delivery
• You will typically be working in collaboration with client and/or Baringa team members, and will be required to plan and execute your own work with minimal supervision
• You will have the desire to develop our dynamic company and grow our business.
