At Baringa Partners, we recruit experienced people with a strong academic background and a proven track record in the consulting sector or the industries in which we operate. Because of this principle, we don't have the concept of the 'analyst' career grade in our organisation and we do not employee graduates directly from University.
We believe this approach ensures that our consultants can deliver value to our clients as soon as they arrive on site, and need little time to get up to speed on how the company operates.
