Your Career Advisor

At Baringa Partners, everyone is assigned a career advisor who is at the Senior Manager or Partner level, and normally outside your direct area of work. Your advisor is there to provide career support and guidance whenever needed, to conduct your annual and semi-annual review and inform you of your current performance banding and any applicable bonus.

Your Buddy

Each new joiner is appointed a buddy for the first year of their time with Baringa Partners, who is there to provide advice and help of an unofficial nature and generally to "check in” on you from time to time. Your buddy also has a budget to take you out in the first month of joining, and another once the year is up as a "round-off". These interactions are intended to provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions to a peer outside of a work environment.
