We are looking for experienced, high calibre Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers to join our growing Energy Industry consulting team. Key attributes should include:

• A previous employment history in consultancy and project delivery across industries such as energy, utilities, telecommunications, financial services, retail & healthcare
• An interest in working with energy industry clients
  Strong academic performance in a degree at graduate or postgraduate level
• Professional and team management experience, according to level, in roles that demonstrate the ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially those demonstrated through business process analysis or IT systems delivery

Experience in the following areas is beneficial but not essential:

• Trading environments, particularly energy trading
• Risk management (market & credit) or regulatory compliance areas
• The retail energy industry and implementation of CRM/CIS systems
