Below is a summary of the main steps in our interview process:

CV Review:

Any CV submitted to Baringa Partners is reviewed by a Manager or above who works within the appropriate sector for the CV in question.

1st Round Interview:

The 1st round interview is with a consultant who is Manager level or above and consists of a competency based interview generally lasting between 45 minutes to an hour. The interview will typically take place in a central London office.

2nd Round Interview:

The 2nd round interview is with 2 Partners (or 1 Manager/Senior Manager + 1 Partner if a Partner has conducted the first interview) and includes a short presentation by the candidate with the remainder being competency based. The interview is usually about one hour to 90 minutes and again is held in London.

In addition, some candidates may have a peer to peer conversation if they request it or if we feel that they would benefit from this type of meeting/conversation.
